I have been waiting for a check from them since mid December. I emailed them twice already and got the same response pretty much...
"Hello Shirley,

We apologize for the delay.

Unfortunately, at this time we don't have an update on the timing of your payment.

We will email you when your payment has been sent. Thank you for your participation."


I think I read feedback online regarding this survey website and others have experienced similar situations with delay in payment.

After emailing them twice in last 4 1/2 months. Actually, just about gave up hope. This is the first time I had an incentive check more than $12-$15. Been a member for about 12 years or so.
