if you went throudh a special email click through it sometimes ups the points based on conditions. I did a birthday one once that said points would be sent after 4 months. Otherwise, it usually takes up to 30 days depending on the store. They need to confirm the order/amount with mypoints and each store does this at a different rate. You can do to your account after 30 days to request the points if they don't show up.
