got in the mail. you scan your bar codes once a week and upload via computer so they get idea what products you like. You get reward points to trade in.

This is a great program where you scan all your groceries.....they also have surveys where you can take them on their web site or do them and send in by snail mail.
I just recently won a prize and got a fantastic countour Homedic pillow.........which is supposed to be the very best for getting a great night's sleep (I still haven't taken it out of the box, though!!!!).
