KY traders watch REGIS SALON
I went to Grace Leon at Regis Owensboro Towne Square Mall today. She added in her own tip. I went in to get a hair cut for $17. The bill came to $25. I thought ok the price went up and maybe she charge me for a style. Even though she only put 3 curls in my hair! But I called to the salon and a cut, style, condition is only $22. She obviously add $3 to tip herself.
