This is a new site, requires no money to get referrals, just an email addy, I think it may be owned or affiliated with wild4cash.com, you sign up for get paid sights using someones referral and earn stars by signing up and then you can use stars purchase your own referrals to any site you want all through this website(starreferrals.com).
