Just be sure you do a valid search now and then with them, but yes, occasionally they slow down for a while, then you'll get bombarded with a lot of emails.
I was that way with one of yours, I didn't get any, like ZERO emails for the first 5 days, finally yesterday I got 1 email. Haven't looked yet this morning.
