ECB works like money, but only that you can spend on CVS (Cannot be used on Cigarettes, alcohol, RX's, stamps) Your best bet is to start with the bayer deal this week. When you purchase the $20 in items, (DO NOT forget to have them scan your card) in 48 hours your ECB will print out when you go back, so you can buy something small like a pencil or a candy bar (Or fill a Prescription) And then use it on more ECB deals. The Bayer is a great way to start because you can spend only $12 or so and get $20 back! Always make sure they scan your card, even if you buy stamps there, a newspaper, fill an RX, whatever, as for every RX you fill you get $0.50 (I think) In ECB at the end of the quarter, along with 2% (I think) from spending.
CVS has some relaly awesome deals this month, so check out the first post for the monthly delas, that is another great way to make money on your ECB. You can combine coupons with Sales & ECB deals for great deals.

I bought 10 Bayer low dose asprin on sale for 2.00 a bottle. At the store there are 1.00 coupons. I used a 5.00 off 20.00 and a 3.97 ECB coupon. So my final cost was 1.03 and I will get back 20.00 in ECB. My Mom had open heart surgery in July and has to take one of these pills every day so now she has almost a years supply that they paid me to take home. With all these great deals I feel like I am living at CVS
Hope everyone can find the coupons to get in on this great deal. There have been 1.00 coupons in last Sundays paper if you can't find them at your store

My DH has to take these daily also has he developed a blood clot after Surgery in Jan.
I bought 5 Bayer, 2 SBD Bars, used 7 $1/1 Coupons and a $3/$15 used an ECB for $5 Paid $0.00 OOP!
2nd one I bought 5 Bayer and 2 Secret, used 5 $1/1 coupons (Didnt have any coupons for secret) and a $3/$15 used a $6 ECB and paid $1.42 oop
I will get back $20 for Bayer, $2 Back for SBD and $2 back for Secret (I think! LOL)
Plus I bought 10 boxes of Post Cereal, used the $10/10, a $3/$15, and a $4 ECB, paid $0.70 OOP for 10 boxes of cereal, cant beat that!

they would only let me take one flyer(looks like a shiny big card) with a set of 2 coupons today, but still a great deal!!
I did well today at the store,got 6 pantene, and 6 tubes of toothpaste at $2.50 a tube, + bought extra stuff i needed for the house..will get back $64.62 in two days & still have $22.16 in cvs bucks that printed today that i did'nt use...woo-w000! great thing is when i first started doing these cvs deals i only invested $5 to get the bucks rolling...
** I says on my cash tape year to date savings: $200.64!!(and this is only from 12 days of doing these deals)

Stupid cashier was to busy talking on the phone to the Kodak repair man. She did something stupid to start with and voided the order...this made my ecb's not print. I was ticked...I made them take my purchase back and had to call to have my ecb's reset. Now I have to wait till Friday to try again. I thought I would give that CVS one last try, they have been mean and rude to me in the past...well I'm not going there again!! The manager that used to be there was great...now the assist. mgr is in charge and she's a *#$%^!

Here is my up to date list for ECB
I have spent about $50 out of pocket, got $60 ECB, spent the $60 got $76, spent the $76 got about $50, spent the $50 got $63, spent the $63 and just got about $80 today! Hopefully will spend the $80 today and get almost that much back again on Friday.

I spemd ALOT every month on my RX's. I now take 5 and DH takes 3! His arent bad becasue his copay is only $10, but my copay is $20, plus 1 of the drugs arent covered by my insurance and is almost $80! So between the 2 of us, we use $190 a month in RX's! I swear I work just to pay for them! So I started doing the deals to help out with our everyday things, and it just went from there! I starteed in March with only $20 OOP and have continued from there! I just try to find the best deals to make money! there are some weeks I dont shop there at all, because the deals stink! But like this week, due to allergies I can only use secret Deoderant, so I did the $2 ECB deal on each of our cards, now that really isnt a great deal to most, as there isnt a coupon out, BUT I now have 4 Deodorants, that I would have paid $2.88 each oop at walmart.. Free! LOL! Cant beat it!
I do spend alot of time every week on CVS and my local stores to get the best deals. But DH can not believe how much we have saved just over the past year! And in Jan when he had surgery and we had NOTHING (I mean nothing because I had just started this job, and we are STILL fighting workmens comp from Jan and havent received a dime from them yet) We had no money. We used my paychecks, and our income tax return, but you know what? We didnt need anything except milk, bread and eggs! It is funny because for 5 months I did no deals at all, because we didnt have a dime to our name. But we still were able to eat and have all of the necessities! I didnt need to buy shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, toothpaste, TP, Paper towels, detergent, fabric softener.. I mean we had everything we needed! thank god! I think in the long run though it is worth it, even though I call it my 2nd full time job! But with some of these deals I do better in a week doing this than at my real job! LOL!

thanks! How about Purell and Playtex, I can't print more than 2 of those so I just photocopied them.
Some photocopied ones don't scan and some managers won't allow it if it don't scan.
anyway, my question is, how do you print more than 2 from the site? =)

43|1|The Purell never scans for me, even the ones that arent printed. I think it is the way the coupon is coded, as it does it everywhere I use it! HTH! Also it is coupon fraud to copy coupons. If you get caught it is a huuggeee fine and possible imprisonment, just an FYI. Dont want to see somone who doesn tknow get into trouble.
