This is what I did and I am not having problems now
right click on the norton icon in the lower right screen
then highlight options
then highlight antispam and click on it
U will see a label AD BLOCKING
click on it ( if there are checks in the boxs block ads and popups) this could be your problem.
You can either uncheck the boxes or
(i recommend the following)
Click advanced setting
click ad in the right box
click the bubble that says permit
and type in www.netwinner.com and ok
you can close out
log out, clear out cookies and temp and log back in
and this should work
