has anyone signed up for any of the secret shopper sites? if so, which ones are the best?

I belong to one more and can't remember the name of it. You need to register and wait until they contact you.. they may not need a shopper with your profile, you may not be interested in many of their jobs, so it pays to register at 6 or 7 places if you want to work consistently. And quit ones that don't suit you right away, they pass on info about bad shoppers lol.

is good. you usually need to have a scanner and/or a digitial camera now, and unlimited access to a computer, and be able to shop with no notice. 99% pay you in paypal too lol.
and you need to follow directions exactly - I've done two jobs that they didn't pay me for, it was my fault and they are merciless because they need to be, there are a lot of shifty people out there.
I didn't post the names to you of the services that I have had REAL problems with, like no pay arbitratily <- there are also some skanky mystery shoppers out there.
Check out the groups in msn and yahoo, and I had another one, if I find it I will post it, some of the mystery shop services always scam the people that do the work.

Volition.com has a huge listing of FREE to sign up companies - I absolutely could not have gotten all the jobs I have without that site!
ALso, their forums are good because schedulers often post last minute jobs on there which is an easy way to get your foot in the door!
