Don't know what the problem would be, besides it being sent to a spam folder.
Hope you've been able to get it resolved..... I've been paid again from them and close to another payment. This site is GREAT for earning the payout quickly and payment is fast too. Within 24 hours! Wish I could find more like this one. Always, at least 1c emails, 30+ daily and a low $3.00 payout.

I try keep the admin mails to a minimum because I know most
members don't read them anyway by the number of support
requests for issues that have been repeatedly addressed in
admin mails.
We have been working on payouts all day on this site, we have now
paid out over $5,000.00 in cash to members in less than 90 days
of our program being online.
However there are still 52 members with e-gold listed as their
payment processor. As previous admin mails informed everyone
e-gold is no longer a payment option. So if you want to be paid
you need to edit your payment info.
We still have a few members with no payout details listed at all or
incorrect details. Paypal payments require your email address you
used to sign up for your paypal account. Usernames or numbers
do not work. Please check your account profile and correct your details.
We cannot pay you if your details are not correct. Some of these accounts
have been missing out on payouts repeatedly because of incorrect details.
And there have been repeated admin mails asking you to correct your
details.
There are still a few without legitamate details. So those payouts
are held till you correct your profiles. That includes a complete
first and last name, I know of no one with a single letter for their
first or last name,( we have had quite a few celebrity names also)
a complete address that actually exsists - your town should be able
to be verified by the United States Postal Service by town or zipcode.
We have had 9 accounts that when they were to be paid out that
come up at paypal as NON-US Members, so we still have a considerable
problem with cheating
Check payments will be processed and mailed per our regular schedule
of the 8-10th of month.
We appreciate your support and recruiting efforts. When possible
PLEASE target your advertising, we delete an average 40-50 per week
that sign up that are not from United States, it's time consuming trying
to keep up with all new signups from non approved countries.

My sister hasn't been signed up very long, but she's reached the $3.00 payout during the month, we'll see if she gets her check. I have a feeling (good) that she will, they don't hesitate to making payouts to my pay-pal account and in a very timely fashion too. The 8th - 10th is just around the corner, then the ole USPS time. I'll try and remember to post again when I hear from my sister as to her receiving a check.
