I found this site that is connected with eBay. eBay pays them a certain % for each auction that is bid on through their site. For every person who signs up with them and places a bid through their site for a item on eBay (and you DONT have to win!) you will get $10 credited to your paypal account (only 1 $10 per account). It is FREE - does not cost anything and you get $10! Here is a bit of info straight from the site:

I just recieved my paypal ladies - it is confirmed - it is NOT ascam or gimic! I placed the auction bid over the phone with their automated system - I DID NOT WIN - and have already been credited my $10 - all in 1 day! I am not kidding ladies!
