I use Quizpoints. They have payout in PayPal, but on your first reward redemption you need to choose an actual giftcard, but after that you can request PayPal. I got $40 in 2 weeks. They are very fast paying out in PayPal. One time I did it it took less than 24 hours and another it took 10 minutes! They are quick to give you your points for the things you join.
