I too was a little leery thinking it was too much work and aggravation to learn what to do and how to do it. But really is so super easy. all you do is write 50 word reviews about services that you use that you dislike or like. restaurants, plumbers, etc.
then you get $5 starbucks gift cards that you can use or trade. : )
