Each survey is assigned a point value (most start at 10 points and take about 1 minute to do). Once you reach 1000 points, you can cash out and are sent $10. I have already been paid twice. Many times you will receive an invitation to take a small survey (10 or so points) and based on your answers they will ask if you want to participate in a longer survey for extra points.
