All you have to do is set up a savings account online with ING. I'm sure you've seen the advertisemetns on television and the net. You get an IMMEDIATE $25 for setting up a new account and an additional $10 for each person you refer. If you and your spouse have seperate accounts then you BOTH set one up and one gets the referral. No fees, no service charges, no minimum. Open it with $1.00 and get $25.00!
