As long as you have $10.00 you can cashout. What I do see on the redemption page- it says do not redeem for a second payout until you have received the first one, you may be fined $1.00 if you do. I don't see anything about $5.00 ?

If this is what you mean then you can not redeem for that if you are a free member - this is for upgraded memebers only. If you are a free member you need to wait till you have $10.00 to cash out at lone wolf. He does not take anything out of your earnings unless you are requesting a moneyorder.
