They are suspending accounts for going against there rules......

I have followed there rules and have done nothing wrong but I am owed $275 in gift cards and cash> I had one more week to go before I could follow up on the 60 day waiting period and today I got the email that I am suspended. Does anyone who this has happened to have had any luck or know how to contact them thru the phone? Up till this point I was defending them but I do not forsee me doing this any longer..but I do want what I earned since december...

Thanks for any help.......

I have been ripped off by them and then one of the Netwinner gals joined a coupon board just to bad mouth the folks who use Netwinner. She called us all names (cheater, liar) and then took our info to suspend our accounts.

So on top of being out the gift cards, we were not able to finish up our next level... not that it would do much good any more as I think they are just looking for reasons not to send out activated cards.

Their support person said there is NOTHING she can do as the program is run by volunteers. She also wrote that I needed to leave her alone as she had other people to help, and I was writing to tell her that the Home Depot card that I had finally finally received was deemed to be fraudulant by the Home Depot manager. Netwinner said it may not have been activated, however the Home Depot manager said that was not the case. Netwinner final say was that they would not replace it (and the leave her alone message really peeved me)

to find out what I suppossedly done wrong is way too long. I can not see how the prgram is too survive esp when they suspend members who are abiding by the rules and only waiting for their winnings to arrive....275.00 is nothing to sneeze at and I for one am very upset over this........

Then I find out they suspended my daughter account as well for no reason.....there is nothing in the rules about having 2 people in the same house play the game.....she was only waiting on a 25 gc but had just got to the 25,000 points again to cash out and she had been waiting since feb for her gc when they decided to this.....I offered them copies of out drivers licsences but so far no answer as we are 2 seperate people.
Where I played alot and cashed out often and shes in college and played limited timed and cashed out only once.......

I guess I will update if anything gets resolved....kim

I have been there since Nov 11th and my husband plays also, but not as much as I do right now. I have made $475.00 in Gift cards to Walmart and Best buy, and $25 promo. They were behind on my gift cards a while ago. I was waiting for about $200.00 worth. But I did get them and most on the same day. I have read of a few people getting their account suspended but some of those people have got it back and activated and all their points and cards were still there. So I will stick with Netwinner as my $500 so far has been worth it for me. I am sorry there are a few who has had problems But with all new companies still in Beta there is bound to be some problems and people who don't like it. I hope it all works out for you.

After a 28 day suspension and several emails wanting to know why??? They came back with "we are reinstating your account and notifing the reward dept to process your winnings" Then I get into my account and my promo wins are labeled in red as rejected! Now I lost out on playing during an entire month....I lost out on the 60 days I had already been waiting for my giftcards....and now I have to start all over again??

WITH NO EXPLANATION....Some thing is just not adding up and I have been at this way too long when a point program is in over its head....anyone rem the original freeride?? when the rewards were coming slower and slower and emails were not being answered......that too was good for almost a year then poof!

Just wait until someone decides at netwinner that they think you might have done something wrong and according to their TOS they can pull your account and not pay you for any reason......and I guess they dont have to tell you why either....kim

ps...I also ran into another gal who had her account suspended for what they called spamming for refferals....so I guess you are suppossed to know the people you are reffering and not just random requests......
