I've found 2 PTR's that don't have a block on the timers.

1st - http://10-ads.com/pages/index.php?refid=kamille824
Here's the tip on this one: I use Firefox as my explorer allowing to see tabs at the top.
I open up about 20 emails at a time (Hold down your Control button and click on the email)
After emails have loaded, I click on one to be sure I have a chance to click the first turing number. Once that's complete, go to another email tab, hold control key and click on the next link. Watch the tab at the top, once the words change from 'loading' to "http....####" you can click on your next email. Sure can get through the emails a lot faster.

2nd - http://www.tomoonmail.com/pages/index.php?refid=kamille824
This one is by far the best. Only thing really with this one is be sure to click on the first turing number before opening the rest of the links. This one I get 50+ emails a day so it doesn't take long to get to the $5.00 payout. Reached it again today and it's only been 8 days. Also only takes a few minutes to get through all those 1cent emails too.

Check them out or if you're already with them, just use the tips!
Share any other tips you have found to earn a little quicker too would be nice for everyone to know them.
