Are all of the rewards programs now going to "verified" paypal only?
I still use my Netbank account for my paypal. Paypal no longer recognizes Netbank as a verified bank even though they used to. My paypal account has been hacked three times and I refuse to add another bank to my account, but recently have been receiving payments from the rewards programs that I have to "accept" by adding a new bank account.
Anyone have any info on this???
