By completing the Peerflix registration process, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. By registering for the Peerflix "Thanks a latte" promotion you will be eligible to receive one (1) four-dollar ($4) USD gift card from specialty coffee retailer Starbucks. The gift card can be used toward the purchase of a "latte" coffee drink. The gift card will be sent to the address provided at registration. No substitutions, changes, returns, credits or exchanges are permitted.
3. The Peerflix "Thanks a latte" promotion will continue as long as supplies last but in no event will the promotion extend beyond 12:00 a.m. PST on February 01, 2006. Peerflix may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time without notice or liability in whole or in part. Peerflix may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice and in its sole discretion by posting new terms and conditions on its web site.
4. A maximum of one (1) specialty coffee gift card will be awarded per person, household, physical address, email address, or Peerflix account. Peerflix has sole and complete discretion to not send a gift card in circumstances where it appears that an individual has attempted to create multiple accounts using similar addresses, names, etc. Peerflix will send out the gift cards by U.S. mail beginning on January 12, 2006. Peerflix will not be responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. Peerflix is not responsible for any failure to receive the gift card.
5. In order to be eligible to receive a free specialty coffee gift card under the terms and conditions of the Peerflix "Thanks a latte" promotion , you must meet each of the following requirements: (1) you must be a legal U.S. resident; (2) you must be at least 18 years of age; (3) you must have initiated your registration specifically at the URL www.peerflix.com/freelatte and successfully created a valid, new Peerflix account by completing each of the following prior to 12:00 a.m. PST on February 01, 2006: entering your full legal name, your valid street address, a Peerflix password, your valid email address, and confirming your valid email address pursuant to the Peerflix email verification process. Limit one registration per household, physical address, or email address. If you register at www.peerflix.com or any other URL you will NOT be eligible to receive the free gift card; the Peerflix "Thanks a latte" promotion is limited to registrations created at www.peerflix.com/freelatte only.
6. These terms and conditions are subject to and incorporate the Peerflix Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
7. Subject to the laws of the United States only. Except as determined by Peerflix in its sole discretion, no substitution is offered, no transmittal to a third party is permitted, and gift cards or Peerbux credits may not be redeemed for cash value.
8. Peerflix assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of a DVD; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers regardless of the cause; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Peerflix Web Site or any combination thereof.
9. ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO VIOLATE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR TO RECEIVE MULTIPLE GIFT CARDS IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, PEERFLIX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SPECIAL DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS FEES) FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
