Besides doing surveys and Mypoints.com, I use the following search and win sites to get amazon gift certificates, then bank them (they never expire) to buy gifts for Christmas or birthdays (if money is really tight).
*Swagbucks* To earn swagbucks (digital dollars), I downloaded their toolbar (optional) and search from there to win swagbucks. 450 swagbucks = a $5 amazon gc, and it does not take long to get that. Besides search and win, I visit the survey wall on swagbucks (get 1 sb per day just for visiting). If I qualify and complete surveys (and I have) I get 100-200 swagbucks for a survey. If I attempt but screen out, I am entered into a drawing for 1000 swagbucks. Odds of winning that depend on how many people try and screen out. I also answer the daily poll each day for 1 SB, view NOSO (No Obligation Special Offers) for 1 SB daily and get 1 SB daily just for having the toolbar installed. I watch short videos for 2-5 SB each view, and some days I have gotten a lot of SB for this alone. I have a few referrals, and I get matching SB for their search wins (up to a cap of 1000 per referral). There is also shop and earn, and offers to complete for SB (optional)There is a trade in program for cell phones, etc to get SB, too. They put out Swag Codes quite often, and if I am on when a code is active, I also use those to boost my balance. There is an hourly winner of 1000 SB posted on their homepage. I haven't won that, but I have seen others claim theirs. They have SBTV (swagbucks TV) that you can also earn 5 SB for every 20 videos you watch, and random wins for playing their free games. For the games, you can also use your SB to enter tournaments to win larger amounts of Swagbucks, if you want to. They do something called Twitter Tuesday Phrase That Pays, where you can compete against others by tweeting on a subject that is provided for you each Tuesday. Swagbucks are awarded for that, too. There are a lot of ways you can earn swagbucks, and you can choose to only do the ones you want to.
