These are basic trading/ettiquette rules from ...well, forever and SHOULD apply to everyone. From the messages I am receiving them have taken a HUGE beating...

ALL trades should be mailed out in 24/48 hours. UNLESS the parties agree ahead of time (Hey, I am oot until Wed, I can mail Wed....and the other party agrees). Otherwise, same day/next day rule applies. If seller/sender sends 3-7 days later and coupons are no longer usable they should be (IMO) refunded or the seller/sender should pay postage and refund if they want them back.

Post on items for sale/trade need to be complete. "I have pantene coupons" is NOT a post. Posts that people have to ask "what is the exp date? "what is the value?" etc...are a waste of everyone's time. A missed date here in there in a long list of coupons is an oversight. a post like "I have Mambo Sprout!" is useless and aggravating. Also, if a sender/seller doesn't include that information, then they are liable for useless coupons if a receiver can't use them. If coupons are offered as "hey, I use them on the SMALL package wink,wink,nudge" and they are received and the coupon specifies 64 oz bottle and are useless to the received, the sender is responsible for not sharing the information needed to make an informed choice

IF the feedback forum were being used properly there would be less turmoil, IMO. Since the members only can share the emails and you (mods) have made it that being a member gives access to the emails...then I feel that you should back up members if leaving factual feedback results in a hailstorm of bad emails. Meaning? People are leaving GOOD feedback (many times at he insistence of the other should be an OPTION!)...but not factual true feedback if there is a problem as they don't want to face a backlash of threatening emails etc.. So, IMO, the feedback rules should be as follows... Leave factual trade related feedback, ONE response back from the seller/sender and ONE additional response from the receiver. DONE (I believe that is basically the rules now). BUT..ADDITIONALLY.....any backlash or attacks in email for leaving feedback should result in IP ban from the site. AND I think that should be posted as a rule on the boards now as a new rule and top of page in feedback. If real feedback is left, then people that are lapse to do well will do better or fade off. But people NOT leaving feedback because they get backlash is hurting the integrity of the feedback. Since they trust the site to give access to the emails I think it is right to expect the site to ban people that misuse/abuse that privilege

I think EVERYONE should follow those 3 basic things...and a LOT of this would be mellowed out.

Personality etc..isn't something you can govern or do anything about. But, these trade rules should be followed by any member, IMO
