i need information for purchase ect. would be awesome if you could send receipt in the mail as it will not work! im hoping to get help from the company as they helped me reset it and now it wont even come on. please get back to me asap or i will just have to send it back to you and get my $60 back. :(

In the midst of me buying this was when the power and water got turned off and i didnt want to get my butt chewed for making a poor buying choice. Once i had money to start paying all the bills again, i opened the box. I couldnt get the screen to work for anything and called the customer service line and they had me do a factory update and thought that would help it. So essentially the touch screen is bad and i dont know if there is any fixing it. A laptop can be fixed no big deal but this isnt a lap top. Im worried i wasted my money on something that will never work at all. There it all is in black and white the issue, not what can you do to tey and resolve this issue because we were never able to get on this from the get go. I have had financial issues and personal issues and been sick and hadnt worried about it until now and im ready to resolve this issue at hand.

Why didnt you state that in your post when trying to sell it? You knew it was having an issue and trust me, im not lying and have never had any other issues with electronics on this site. I just cant believe you said you only have to poke reset button everyonce in a while when youve been using it a while. To me, that signifies a problem! Just saybing.

It had problems and occasionally would need reset. That right there tells me there was a problem with it. I will just file and be done with it.

I was just pointing out you said occasionally, you had to reset the unit. If the unit is working properly, you can ask any manufacturer and they will tell you, you should not need to reset. I have been in contact with the manufacturer again and it sounds like the internal screen is broken and you would see no external damage. Literally you could be on it one minute and have it not work the reat. After two weeks when i took it out of box, i plugged it in and immediately started charging it and after a while checked to see if it came on and it did but i let it fully charge. The second time i tried getting on it, it wouldnt work. Im going to get the screen fixed and will know if i ever buy electronics on this site again, i will need to open it immediately. With this said, i run a daycare and have 4 children of my own and an even older 35boys year old child and am in school full time and own another business on the side. With classes just starting back up and being sick and school back in session for kiddos again, who would have time to just focus on this when there are 5,000 other things to tend to first. Im lucky if i get to go to the bathroom during the day, let alone open a box that the contents could potentially be damaged by curious little fingers. Anyways, i will see what its going to cost and go from there because they also told me they can do nothing at the manufacturer level without a receipt, which you also never stated you didnt have. You never said it was a gift because without a receipt you cant have any kind of work done period and i think you knew this. Im not saying it was having problems but i should be able to get on a semi-new electronic and have the internal screen be broken, when i was the only person that came in contact with it. Very disappointed and for me a hard lesson learned. For his brother to fix this, the screen will probably be more than or the same as the $60, i paid for it and that means a waste of money because i couldve bought one brand new with warranty for that cost:'(

"why do i have to say it was a gift??? where i bought it or got it is frankly none of your business. it was sold as used asnd it worked perfectly for me. if you had a problem cause i said i had to use the reset a couple times then you should have immediately contacted me and not held onto for weeks. like i said i dont know how its handled when its out of my care. i dont sell crap and it worked for me. my listing never ever stated you would get a receipt? if you didnt know anything about this tablet why buy it??? my goodness, when i buy something i read reviews etc... i cannot be responseable when it was not in my care for so long. im sorry you are having problems with it, but that is exactly that, your problems. i did nothing wrong and you are casting me in a terrible light on here and its not very nice.! "

To ocassionally use the reset button. I am doing this from my phone right now but will copy and paste exact email and forward it to you so you can see i did ass about it and you just shrugged me off and it was like, nope i dont care you bought it, its not my problem anymore.

You came back at me with i never said it had any problens and why didnt you approach the subject when tols this and the answer to your question is that i did. Once i had money to start paying all the bills again, i opened the box. I couldnt get the screen to work for anything and called the customer service line and they had me do a factory update and thought that would help it. So essentially the touch screen is bad and i dont know if there is any fixing it. A laptop can be fixed no big deal but this isnt a lap top. Im worried i wasted my money on something that will never work at all. There it all is in black and white the issue, not what can you do to tey and resolve this issue because we were never able to get on this from the get go. I have had financial issues and personal issues and been sick and hadnt worried about it until now and im ready to resolve this issue at hand.

If the unit is working properly, you can ask any manufacturer and they will tell you, you should not need to reset. I have been in contact with the manufacturer again and it sounds like the internal screen is broken and you would see no external damage. Literally you could be on it one minute and have it not work the reat. After two weeks when i took it out of box, i plugged it in and immediately started charging it and after a while checked to see if it came on and it did but i let it fully charge. The second time i tried getting on it, it wouldnt work. Im going to get the screen fixed and will know if i ever buy electronics on this site again, i will need to open it immediately. With this said, i run a daycare and have 4 children of my own and an even older 35boys year old child and am in school full time and own another business on the side. With classes just starting back up and being sick and school back in session for kiddos again, who would have time to just focus on this when there are 5,000 other things to tend to first. Im lucky if i get to go to the bathroom during the day, let alone open a box that the contents could potentially be damaged by curious little fingers. Anyways, i will see what its going to cost and go from there because they also told me they can do nothing at the manufacturer level without a receipt, which you also never stated you didnt have. You never said it was a gift because without a receipt you cant have any kind of work done period and i think you knew this. Im not saying it was having problems but i should be able to get on a semi-new electronic and have the internal screen be broken, when i was the only person that came in contact with it. Very disappointed and for me a hard lesson learned. For his brother to fix this, the screen will probably be more than or the same as the $60, i paid for it and that means a waste of money because i couldve bought one brand new with warranty for that cost:'(

"why do i have to say it was a gift??? where i bought it or got it is frankly none of your business. it was sold as used asnd it worked perfectly for me. if you had a problem cause i said i had to use the reset a couple times then you should have immediately contacted me and not held onto for weeks. like i said i dont know how its handled when its out of my care. i dont sell crap and it worked for me. my listing never ever stated you would get a receipt? if you didnt know anything about this tablet why buy it??? my goodness, when i buy something i read reviews etc... i cannot be responseable when it was not in my care for so long. im sorry you are having problems with it, but that is exactly that, your problems. i did nothing wrong and you are casting me in a terrible light on here and its not very nice.!
