Hopefully someone here in general chat will know.   The shirts would be for an elderly adult male who likes flannel shirts, but has trouble with the buttons.   I have been searching online for a while and can't come up with the words to give the search engine because large button shirt gets a large shirt with buttons, not a shirt with large buttons.    We have had buttons and buttonholes replaced to get by.  Seems like there should be a market for this sort of thing.   Thanks for any help.
