Is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of what a remarkable trade I just had with Kathy!

We're all human, and we all make human errors, right?
Well, amidst the hurried process that we all sometimes get into when trying to get trades all organized and
enveloped and addressed and mailed in a timely fashion, we sometimes make mistakes.
And Kathy accidentally sent me some of the wrong coupons in a recent trade.....I did receive 90% of what I
asked for and then 10% of something other than what I'd ordered.
I pondered over it for the day, trying to decide whether I should let her know about the mess up,
but....eventually decided that I would let her know. (Because the missing coupons were on a product that I
use daily and I was really looking forward to receiving them).

Well, talk about amazing!
As soon as I let her know that she had sent me the wrong coupons....she IMMEDIATELY took steps to
redeem herself!
She clearly felt bad about the error...and wanted to make it up to me a.s.a.p!
She no longer had the amount of the coupons that I'd originally ordered........so she took it upon herself to
refund me the difference in paypal......very thoughtful, right!?!

Well, it doesn't end there!
She then went on Ebay and found some of the coupons that I had originally ordered.....and bought them
with the *Buy it now* option....and is having them sent directly to me!!!!!!!

Says ALOT about her integrity and honesty, eh!?!

Well....it gets even better!
Not only did she manage to get the coupons that I wanted......but she is having DOUBLE the amount than I had originally ordered sent to me!

AND..................(Yess! There's even more)....
The coupons that she mistakenly sent to me instead of the originally ordered ones......well, they are mine to
keep! She told me to keep them! And... they are on a product that I've never used....but now have an idea
that I just might try this product out! I mean, everything happens for a reason, right!?!?! It may turn out
that I will love the other product and want more! LOL!!

Kathy,
You're actions have spoken much louder than any words ever could and I sooooooo appreciate your
honesty, integrity and respect for fellow traders!
I would trade again with you anytime!

I bought some videos from her she was quick to ship the m out once she rec'd my M.O for them. She is easy to communicate with and was prompt to answer my emails
