Posted on Aug-30-17 at 10:07 PM (Eastern) by 68.194.157.176 In memory of my beloved beautiful brother Sonny We as a family eat very healthy mostly from our son's health issues and then all his digestive issues....and both husband and youngest daughter Caitlin 25 have celiac as well with son now...Only all organic and grass fed and range free....Now as far as Soda is concerned if you still want to drink soda experts and doctor's will of course tell you it is no good however if you are going to enjoy soda or drink it ....always best to just drink regular soda. Or the diet and zero all contain that fake sugar which is so so bad for your digestive system and body on a whole....Extremely bad and for the record they have done tests on just how bad soda is they placed a tooth in a 8 ounce of soda and within 3 days the tooth was rotten....then add all those fake sugars talk about a bad after taste and stomach ache.....Yucky I personally cannot tell anyone not to drink soda but if you are going to just drink the plain coke and pepsi.....Fake sugar all of it is so so bad....HTH....Peace. Diet soda is my vice, if it takes me, it takes me ... lol. I haven't got to try the new Coke or newest Pepsi, yet. I really liked Coke Zero and if I have to, I will get the Kroger brand of it ... Cola Oh! But they will probably change it, to follow Coke.

If drinking soda or diet soda is your thing and your enjoy it then enjoy it . Please stop the drama.. Tia and peace. I know for me personally anything that I did drink before with fake sugar always always left a bad taste and tasted horrible that I would say I rather drink just water....Which brings me to Propel if anyone remembers. I drank it a while back many years ago perhaps now it did contain a sugar substitute however after a couple of weeks left me with a horrible stomach almost bringing back memories of when I was younger and drinking a warm soda or no ice. I will say this now for me perennially a cold drink must be very cold and a hot drink must be very hot.. Catherine be a better brother...xoxoxo
