My apartment got flooded Saturday night but only ankle deep, thank God. We still have power so that's a blessing but finding a store that's open is the tough part. There has been so much flooding and devastation and it's not even done yet. People are being rescued from their homes with 3-5 ft or more of water. It's the worst I've ever seen. Please keep the people affected in prayer. TIA

My prayers are with the many people with out electric and the flood waters getting high with all the rain. The rain and the wind not to let up until Wednesday. I hope everyone takes time at church to say a prayer for the missing and the seniors trapped in the senior center when part of the building collapsed.
May the lord look over us all, and guide us towards safe harbors.

People are being rescued from their flooded homes, cars or streets. It's almost impossible to leave. Airports are closed, freeways flooded, etc. I don't think anyone could have prepared for this, it's just horrendous. Please continue praying for us.

We're able to get out and do things but milk & bread are extremely hard to find. We have been going to churches and different places to get food, toiletries, etc but no milk. I'm grateful for what we have received, though. Continued prayers are appreciated. xxoo

It doesn't take much to excite me, I guess, but I'm so happy mail service is going again. Almost a whole week with no mail, it's enough to drive a person crazy.

Thank you for the prayers, we are slowly rebuilding. I had to connect my computer in the middle of the room because the lower half of the sheet rock in my bedroom is gone and my carpet is gone, but that's a good thing. It means we'll be back to normal soon. :-D
