Hubby had tried to use (5) $2.25 Electasol coupons and the cashier/manager denied him! After scanning $150 in groceries, the cashier/manager denied his (5) $2.25 Electrasol coupons so my hubby told him he didn't want the groceries and headed to Walmart. Thank goodness for Walmart!:)

their customer relations over something like that is always beyond me. They get reimbursed so that isn't the problem. Either they get so many customers they aren't worried about losing any customers due to that or maybe they are just plain lazy and don't want to deal with coupons and turning them in etc. I know our local mgr at CVS is like that. Knows they are the only pharmacy in the county so no real competition anywhere close and she absolutely hates to do any more work than she has to and that includes turning in coupons for reimbursement, so always gives people a hard time over them. Yep..I have called corp. many times and the district mgr is a real 'stinker' too from what I know..just as bad as she is. Too bad 'big' corp. can't realize HOW much MORE money they could make if not only the district mgr AND the local CVS mgr were replaced with people who really cared. You catch more flies with 'honey' than vinegar, so the saying goes. Nothing but 'vinegar' at this local place and sounds like yours is the same way. :(

I have never had a problem with coupons at either the super Target in Florida or the regular target here in NJ.

Wish they would just set a policy and stick to it across the board.

the manager would have probably done it my daughters work at target and they said the cashier is just to lazy to do it

My husband had spoken to the manager. He said some people abuse coupons but that wasn't the case with us so he apologized and is sending a $10 gift card for the inconvenience.
