I like trading whether it's RAOK, coupons, GCs, rebates, or just about anything...please leave me feedback...and if there's a problem give me a chance to fix it first please.

3/13 I agreed to send Heather (orderlymom77) 100 Wet n Wild coupons. I promised to mail Monday 3/14.
By Friday 3/18 that week, she claimed she hadn't received and wanted to know if I mailed them.
I responded that I HAD mailed them as I ALWAYS mail. I also emailed her a picture of the post office receipt that I had mailed to her.
She told me in email that she knew that it wasn't my fault, that she was frustrated as she needed to buy the items to resell and she would be out that money if she didn't receive them in time. We agreed that it was the USPS fault.

Saturday 3/19 Heather sent me an email telling me she didn't receive them yet and wants her money back. I told her I needed a minute to think as it was not my fault, I had proof of mailing (and frankly, the coupons aren't expired yet).

I thought about it. And realized that a trade she mailed me that we finalized 3/11 hadn't been received yet either. She still owed me 50 coupons @ .10 each too that were ordered 2 days before the ones that I sent her (I have no proof as of yet she mailed my coupons).

So, I told her I want a refund for my order from her and will refund her order from me. I will send back her coupons "return to sender" when they get here. I expect her to return the ones I mailed in the same manner. She set the precedence that coupons that aren't received within 6 days should get a refund. So, I am honoring that and asking for the same.

I also told her I will NOT be trading with her again.

If I mail, and mail on time, and have proof of mailing and it has only been 6 days, I am not responsible to return your pp.

IF coupons aren't received by 2 weeks and I have no proof of mailing, I have and will either remail and refund. Many times, I do both, remail and refund depending on size of trade, how many more coupons I have, and how trustworthy the other trader is.

This is my one post on the trade. Thank you. Please others do NOT respond.

FINAL NOTE....I NEVER GOT my envelope back that she wanted her money back on after 6 days. I returned her pp...I did NOT get my coupons back. I could have used them for $51 in overage at my store. She is asking for more wet n wild coupons this week Whomever trades with her needs to know they expire fast and she will demand her money back if she doesn't get them used and doesn't receive them within 4-5 days

she emailed me on 10-12-2016 for Sheba B5F5 coupon which she have coupons and i sent her 20 box tops that i mailed 10-12-2016 or 10-13-2016.

i waited for her suppose to send me 10 coupons for two weeks. i did emailed her twice on 10-22-2016 and 10-27-2016. no coupons from her by mail.

i will not trade with her again.

it would be nice if she get my email and response me back but no response from her at all.

she have 20 box tops to keep it. i have no coupons from her.

i think she is playing game with me.

I also had an issue with a trade. I never received the coupons I ordered. I don't know if she never mailed them or what happened. She did eventually refund my money but I did miss out on a sale since I had to reorder the coupons from another trader.

I read feedback posts on Refund Sweepers concerning trades with
Heather orderlymom77

While I didnt trade with her here

I traded on refundcents

I hope its ok for me to share my bad experience with her here

Had I known how difficult she was to deal with

I would not have done a trade with her

I posted online thru Refundcents I needed coupons for a sale

Heather contacted me saying she had them

I asked her h/f she replied back .5 to 15 per coupon

She had 11 coupons from my list

I asked when she could mail She replies back $2

I ask again when she could mail

I heard nothing So I moved on to trading with someone else
I paid them thru pp

Then sent I her an email I did not need the coupons we talked about

I dont like to leave anyone in limbo or wondering

Everything seemed to go down hill

She replied they were already mailed she made me feel obligated to pay
her even tho I didn't need or want them

I went ahead and paid $2 pp

Which is nothing compared to the other posts

When I received her end on Saturday the post mark on her envelope was
2 days after she claimed to have mailed and 2 of most important coupons
were wrong

I ordered (2) Hair Color $7 off 2 but eceived (2) Styling $4 off 2

There was no time to wait for replacement coupons so I asked for a refund

At first she said ok it would be .20 refund claiming she charged me .10 per coupon

This new ratepuzzled me so I asked if I paid .10 per coupon 11 = 1.10 + .50 postage = $1.60

Please keep in mind I paid $2

Wouldn't that mean I over paid by .40 + refund of (2) .20 = .60 refund ?

She said I was petty and she did me a favor by sending my small order
she charged me a handling fee

I told I did not order from her website their was never any mention of
extra h/f's in her text or emails She contacted from my post on
Refundcents She again replied I was being petty

She told me I paid $1.50 I sent her my pp receipt I paid $2

She again said I was being petty

I thought goodness gracious

She demanded I return the 2 wrong coupons she sent me only then would she
refund me .27 for 2 coupons = 13.50 cents per coupon
and she is doing that as a favor refunds are not her policy

She refunded me .27 thru pp including a nasty note about my pettiness
and how she will never do business with me or anyone as a favor and people
like me ruin everything

I am still puzzled by her ever changing h/f's
3 times she changed per coupon h/f not once did she ever mention any
h/f's for small orders in any of her phone texts or emails

I wont be trading with her again ever

I have all her emails

Here's my reply to her note included with the .27 refund

You say you did me a favor by sending the coupons

I did not want them I told you that

I could have waited for them to arrive then marked
REFUSED "RETURN TO SENDER"

But no I paid you and simply asked for a refund

I wanted to include that I accepted a trade with Heather because I was familiar with her here on Refundsweepers I had seen her posts here on RefundSweepers but after dealing with her I felt it very important for others considering her offers to trade with them to know if something goes wrong she changes her rates and then throws in h/f's that she didn't include or disclose
