Pat had been purchasing inserts from me since 1/2015. The agreement was older inserts, leftovers, some may be cut, some uncut. I have the emails to this effect.

I ordered special padded plastic envelopes from USPS so I could include more inserts whenever she ordered them and not risk the flat rate envelope breaking open. Also over the years, I started to mail on the following Monday/Tues (no matter when she ordered)so I could include SOME new ones. As I felt that she was a long time loyal trader and I always wanted her to be thrilled with them when she got them. So, I included the larger/fatter ones that I order and pay for and ensured every envelope would be worth the then $7.80 fee and postage ($7.20) for her.

12/28 She asked me to send her a flat rate envelope of coupons. Instead of filling that order...which I felt was unfair, I let her know that nothing new had come out in the last 18 days and nothing new but P&G was coming out until 1/7. She should get back to me mid January for an envelope. She agreed.

She wrote me promptly for the brand new 1/7s as soon as they came out. I felt awkward about it as the deal wasn't brand new inserts. I paid $280 for those for clipping and needed to get the clipping done first. It took me 3 days to write her because I didn't want to do the trade as the deal was leftovers and they were brand new and didn't want to hurt her feelings or make things awkward reminding her of this....and while I always included SOME new ones, I couldn't sacrifice that many for a $7.20 and postage trade. 1/10 I wrote and told her I wasn't ignoring her and agreed to do the trade (attempting to be nice)..I was going to send on Monday/Tuesday (as I had for years, I have the emails telling her "mailing Monday to include some new ones").

That Monday I had 87 envelopes not including hers.

Several days later....I noticed that in my notebook her name wasn't scratched out and with the shear volume of envelopes I had done that week I wasn't sure if I had sent or not. SO, I CONTACTED HER...asking if it was received and letting her know I may have forgotten. (first forgotten trade in 14 YEARS at RS)...but I wanted to be sure if it was received or not.

Today She posted bashing me on the open board rather than leaving me feedback. After 14 years, I have no problem admitting that ONE envelope was temporarily missed and sent late (and in the process giving her even newer coupons)....Feedback if she thought it was necessary to post about was appropriate. A post about me in retaliation for a new friend of hers being banned (by mod/owner decision) was not.

For this reason, I am leaving factual feedback. IF you make an error...even ONE in 3 years while trading with Pat, you risk her posting on the open board a passive/aggresive about how you made a mistake rather than leaving one feedback as the board rules allow. Thankfully, the mods removed it. That is my feedback. Editting to add, this isn't personal. I hold no bad feelings for Pat. I just can't trade with someone I don't trust. Quietly and peacefully coexising is my hopes.

Thank you

Sunny skies once again
