In this room was cats from 9 month to a year....Now we had gone through 3 rooms already and some cats were friendly......some were sleeping and some did not want to be bothered which is fine....Anyhow we are only in this room seconds when this cat jumps down and lands on my back and he is trying to reach my face and kiss me and then he jumps off me and jumps right into Caitlin's lap.....omg so so so super friendly and his motor is running....Well to our surprise the girl whom was given us the tour say's to me and Caitlin oh my I guess you met mister lover boy.....Sonny............My jaw dropped and my heart beat really fast. I said what .....what is his name and she said Sonny....we both started to cry...I showed the girl the tattoo on my left wrist with the name Sonny and told her I have a brother named Sonny and he passed away on 5/4/02.........this cat was no doubt my brother Sonny well he will not leave me and Caitlin alone he jumped into my bag rubbing all against....so much love in such a few moments of meeting.....we sure were in love and at the same time we knew we had to continue the tour....We did and met some other really sweet cats but no one made us feel like Sonny did......in the end we called the rest of our family to come and visit and we knew Sonny was the one....They had to do 4 personal references and also contact our vet.....and in four days our son Thomas went to pick up Sonny....He is a big boy mostly white with very dark brown spots.....he is super super super sweet and super super loving.....sleeps 90 percent of the time in our bed and will offer you all the free kisses and love you want.......very gentle so gentle around Julian......so in the end Sonny has found a forever home..Shelly my dear sincere prayers and hugs feel better....get better and enjoy your special swap box from me and my heart to yours.......peace.
