By Friday 3/18 that week, she claimed she hadn't received and wanted to know if I mailed them.
I responded that I HAD mailed them as I ALWAYS mail. I also emailed her a picture of the post office receipt that I had mailed to her.
She told me in email that she knew that it wasn't my fault, that she was frustrated as she needed to buy the items to resell and she would be out that money if she didn't receive them in time. We agreed that it was the USPS fault.
Saturday 3/19 Heather sent me an email telling me she didn't receive them yet and wants her money back. I told her I needed a minute to think as it was not my fault, I had proof of mailing (and frankly, the coupons aren't expired yet).
I thought about it. And realized that a trade she mailed me that we finalized 3/11 hadn't been received yet either. She still owed me 50 coupons @ .10 each too that were ordered 2 days before the ones that I sent her (I have no proof as of yet she mailed my coupons).
So, I told her I want a refund for my order from her and will refund her order from me. I will send back her coupons "return to sender" when they get here. I expect her to return the ones I mailed in the same manner. She set the precedence that coupons that aren't received within 6 days should get a refund. So, I am honoring that and asking for the same.
I also told her I will NOT be trading with her again.
If I mail, and mail on time, and have proof of mailing and it has only been 6 days, I am not responsible to return your pp.
IF coupons aren't received by 2 weeks and I have no proof of mailing, I have and will either remail and refund. Many times, I do both, remail and refund depending on size of trade, how many more coupons I have, and how trustworthy the other trader is.

FINAL NOTE....I NEVER GOT my envelope back that she wanted her money back on after 6 days. I returned her pp...I did NOT get my coupons back. I could have used them for $51 in overage at my store. She is asking for more wet n wild coupons this week Whomever trades with her needs to know they expire fast and she will demand her money back if she doesn't get them used and doesn't receive them within 4-5 days
